Not a Standard Envelope

Interesting story from  yesterday;
I was buying a Standard Envelope at the Post Office.
I wanted to mail something to somebody inside the Country. Today,
I went to mail it at the same Post Office and their Employee told me the envelope has an extra charge. After my question-/Why/ the answer was,-becouse - my envelope is Not a Standard size of  envelope.What Happened since yesterday? -/ nothing  happened !/ This days nobody changed the  Standard rules !
The funny part if this thing, the place full with this kind of  "special" problems -not jokes !
The Time goes away fast and reaching the End of our Life .     /Febr.22.2011.Hungary/
